Welcome to APPM, I have created this website to give both circuit and kart drivers the opportunity to benefit from the knowledge I have gained from winning three world championships. This site will give you free access to advanced techniques and systems, both practical and mental that up until now have been the preserve of top drivers and elite atheletes.
