The APPM Driver Coaching

APPM Driver Coaching is a structure system that starts with a detailed analysis of a driver’s technique and mental approach to identify their core issues. From this we create a bespoke Driver Development Plan that addresses those issues and establishes action points and milestones that have to be achieved.

Four Stage Development Plan

Stage 1 - A Detailed Assessment

• A 150 question assessment of strengths and weaknesses
• In-car assessment of technique
• Understanding long term goals
• Understanding values and beliefs
• A discussion of background, driving history, results etc.

Stage 2 – The plan

• Creating a structured monthly driver development plan
• Outlining a three year career structure
• Establishing effective working methods and routines 

Stage 3 – Coaching / Training

• We work with the driver to implement the driver development plan
• Drivers will also be given tasks to undertake on their own as part of the program  

Stage 4 – Monthly Review

• A complete re-assessment of the driver’s strengths and weaknesses
• Re-evaluation of goals
• Creation of the following month’s development plan
